Its come to my attention that some people are having trouble downloading the files in Firefox. I can't seem to replicate this issue (I use the most current Firefox) so I don't know how to fix it. Currently, I am hosting the pdfs on a free pdf hosting site as our commercial site isn't up and running yet. Hopefully, once that is up and I can move the freebies to our commercial server, any issues will be resolved. However, until that time, if you can't get it to download, please email us and we can email you either the PDF or a PC Stitch file. I can't promise 24 hour turn around on emails (I'm a mom with three kids) but I will try my hardest.

i use vista..i've heard a lot of firefox users have issues w/ downloading a lot of files.
hope they can grab 'em soon..they are great!
For some reason it wants to download as a .php file in Firefox, but I changed the extension to .pdf, and it worked fine.
Love the rubber ducky, and I have several friends that would like the coffee saying; for myself, I'd have to change it to chocolate is a vegetable - lol!
